1. The installation should be flat or placed on a stable shelf, and the inlet and outlet pipes should be fixed tightly to avoid damage to the pipe body. You should be familiar with the operation of the machine before researching the problem. Please read the installation of each item in the user manual. There are sufficient instructions for confirmation and installation, so as to understand the operating standard procedures of each original.

2. Please do not arbitrarily change the chemical properties of pumping during use, because different chemical properties will cause various chemical changes, and even chemical reaction will cause high heat to damage the body and parts. Please contact our company for chemical coordination problems. Any misuse such as overpressure, self-modified parts, chemical incompatibility, use of damaged parts, etc., may create a dangerous situation, please observe the safety warning. Generally, most of the electroplating solution contains hydrogen, and hydrogen will be precipitated during electrolysis, and hydrogen will easily remain in the filter cartridge. If it is not used for a long time, hydrogen will be stored, and internal pressure will be generated in the filter, which may even cause hydrogen explosion. Release the pressure of the exhaust valve of the filter cartridge to discharge the hydrogen from the exhaust valve. If it is not used for a long time, the exhaust valve should be opened to prevent hydrogen from remaining.

3. Try to avoid using the machine outdoors, because the filter cartridge is exposed to sunlight for a long time, which will cause aging of the plastic material and affect the service life. Please record the use of the filter with the maintenance card to understand the use of materials, filter conditions, and regular maintenance.
